You will generally be able to visit Stromnetz Berlin's website without us requiring any personal information from you.

Personal data will only be collected and processed if you make use of Stromnetz Berlin's services and enter the data required for us to process your request.

Use and forwarding of personal data and earmarking

All data incidental to Stromnetz Berlin's internet services is collected, processed and used in accordance with statutory provisions on the protection of personal data applicable at the time. This will only be used to process contracts and to preserve authorised company business interests with regard to advising and looking after our customers and demand-tailored product design.

Neither Stromnetz Berlin nor the operators of the relevant analysis tools record information which can be used to trace the user's identity.
