Publication pursuant to the Renewable Energies Act (Erneuerbare-Energie-Gesetz - EEG)

Pursuant to Section 52 Paragraph 1 of the law on the amendment to the Renewable Energies Act (Gesetz zur Neuregelung des Rechts der Erneuerbaren Energien im Strombereich) of 25 October 2008 (EEG), last amended by Section 6 of the law of 21 July 2011 BGBI. I 1475, grid operators must publish the information required for calculating the energy required for offsetting shortages as well as compensation payments.

Information on the feed-in tariff and unpaid grid fees

The following table shows the electricity volume purchased from Stromnetz Berlin GmbH pursuant to Section 8 EEG 2012 and compensated pursuant to Section 16 EEG 2012 as well as the compensation paid for this electricity volume pursuant to Sections 16 to 33 in conjunction with Section 66 EEG and the unpaid grid fees pursuant to Section 35 Paragraph 2 EEG (vNE) for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2014.
