Charging solutions for the housing and real estate industry from 400 kW charging power
In the future, more and more home owners and tenants will attach importance to being able to charge their cars at night using the home’s own mobility connection. This feature already makes properties more attractive today. In the future, it may be one of the basic requirements for appealing to attractive owners or tenants.
Obligation for electric car connections
Charging infrastructure for electric vehicles is now part of the basic equipment in new buildings, particularly since the Building Energy Act (GEIG) came into force in March 2021. In the medium term, this is also likely to be expanded to existing buildings, for example for apartment buildings with their own car park or underground car park.
E-mobility for apartment buildings
We have already implemented numerous charging connection projects for companies in the real estate industry. This means that we are familiar with the special features of apartment buildings, for example. We are also in regular contact with the major associations of the housing and real estate industry, namely the BBU (Verband Berlin-Brandenburgischer Wohnungsunternehmen) and the BFW (Bundesverband der privaten Immobilienwirtschaft). We are cooperating with these associations in the field of e-mobility too. So we know the industry very well and know what is happening in the sector right now.
Residential package solutions
Charging management and billing models are particularly important for landlords and property managers: Should each charging point be billed individually or do all wallboxes in the underground car park share a meter?
Our package solutions give you the choice:
- With the Single solution, you can enable tenants or apartment owners to pay for their individual electricity requirements with the energy suppliers.
- The Connect solution allows for more flexible charging management solutions and can be the simpler model if, for example, you want to calculate the energy consumed for charging the electric vehicles on the basis of use.
We will be happy to advise you in detail on any questions you may have about connections, hardware, software, charging management and billing.
