Corona pandemic restrictions

We continues to ensure the operation of power grid and thus the power supply in the tense situation due to the spread of the Sars-CoV-2.

We ask for your understanding that we will keep personal contact to a minimum to protect our employees until further notice.

1. Our customer office at Eichenstrasse is therefore closed for the time being.
2. From now on, there will be meter readings inside apartments.
   With your consent, the reader can enter your apartment and read the meter. It goes without saying that the reader wears a face mask and maintains the specified distances.
   If the personal reading is not possible, we will send you a self-reading letter.
3. Our service provider for meter reading will read public accessible meters, e.g. in staircases, cellar rooms or meter rooms.
4. Announced meter replacement will mostly continue to be carried out by service partners commissioned by us. The employees of our service partners can identify themselves.
5. For other inquiries, please only use our online form! We will take care of your request as soon as possible and give you prompt feedback.
