After fire on the cable bridge Power outage in south-west Berlin

Around 45,000 households and 2,200 commercial customers are affected

There is currently a major power outage in south-west Berlin. Around 45,000 households and 2,200 commercial customers in the Nikolassee, Zehlendorf, Wannsee and Lichterfelde districts are affected.

The cause is a fire on a cable bridge over the Teltow Canal near the Lichterfelde power station. This fire has damaged several cables. The fire has already been extinguished.

It is still unclear when power will be restored. Our teams are in action and we are working on a gradual resupply.
