Supply to load profile customers

These customers are supplied via standard load profiles (SLP).

Customer facilities with electrical storage heaters

Customer facilities with electrical storage heaters are supplied in accordance with the process for temperature-dependent load predictions developed by the Verband der Netzbetreiber (VDN; Association of Grid Operators) and Cottbus University. More information is available to download.
