After an arson attack on the power grid: Second temporary line in operation for additional safety

After first restoring the power supply to south-west Berlin on 7 January, Stromnetz Berlin has now also put the second temporary high-voltage line into operation. This line provides additional power supply security to the affected area. The connection took place as planned without another power interruption.

These two temporary facilities will remain in operation until the original network status has been restored. Plans for this is already in progress. However, the actual work is going to take months. Background This arson attack caused substantial damage.
