Dr. Doris Radatz is Labour Director and HR Director

She assumed this newly created executive position on 1 June 2026

Dr. Doris Radatz has been Labour Director and HR Director at Stromnetz Berlin since 1 June 2026. The lawyer made the switch from the Deutsche Bahn Group to the Berlin-based distribution network operator. Dr. Doris Radatz has held various management positions at Deutsche Bahn since 2013 – most recently as HR Director / Labour Director at DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH.

Dr. Doris Radatz is 55 years old, married and lives with her family in the southwest of Berlin. She holds a PhD in law and completed her law degree at the University of Passau. After graduating, she initially worked as a solicitor. This was then followed by a move to the Deutsche Post Group and, since 2005, she has held senior HR roles at group companies in the transport sector (Transdev/Deutsche Bahn). 

By 2025, Stromnetz Berlin had surpassed the 2,000 employee mark, thereby joining the ranks of the city’s major municipal enterprises. In this context, the post of Labour Director was created within the company in accordance with the German Codetermination Act.

Dr. Doris Radatz was appointed to this role by the Supervisory Board at Stromnetz Berlin GmbH. Alongside HR, her area of responsibility within the company also includes IT.
