Connection in low voltage
We support you gladly and clarify with you the production, modification or dismantling of a connection in the low voltage (400 V).
You require for the power supply of a construction project, street party, street market or another event a temporary connection.

Process in seven steps for connections up to 250 A via our customer portal

Log-in
Users must log in to the customer portal to create or edit processes.

Edit / review
Processes are processed by customers, electrical installers and us in the customer portal.

Approval
The customer confirms and approves the request for a connection and the responsibility of the electrical installer.

Proposal
After all submitted documents and information have been checked, the customer will receive an offer for the requested service.

Commissioning
After checking the offer, the customer accepts the offer and commissions the service.

Implementation
After the commissioning, the implementation takes place at an agreed date.
Construction of new connection

You can apply for a new grid connection up to 250 A via our customer portal.
Required documentation:
- Detailed list of services (depending on planned construction measures: e.g. number of apartments, type of hot water provision, number of business units, type of business, technical building performance specifications)
- Construction site address and developer address and, if different: the address to which the quotation should be sent
- Scale site plan and/or cellar floor plan showing the desired location of the house connection to be installed.

Relocation, increasing capacity and removal
You can initiate changes on an existing connection < 250 A via our customer portal.
For this work on an existing connection, we require the following documents:
- Construction site address and developer address and, if different: the address to which the quotation should be sent
- Scale site plan and/or cellar floor plan showing the desired future location of the grid connection.

In the event of an increase the capacity, we also require:
- a detailed list of services (depending on the construction project: e.g. number of apartments, type of hot water preparation, number of commercial units, type of business, technical building requirements)

Further process
You can only initiate a new connection up to 250 A or changes to an existing connection up to 250 A via our customer portal.
Once you have made this application, you will receive a quotation with further documents. By signing the quotation and, if applicable, the grid connection agreement, you are contractually commissioning the connection.

Supplying energy to a snack bar, kiosk, street party, market or another type of event requires a temporary connection.

Electricity supplies for construction sites
Supplying energy to a construction project requires a temporary connection.
You can apply a construction connection up to 250 A via our customer portal.
For a construction project on public land please use the information on our page 'special connection low voltage'.
We require the following documents and information to process your request:
- Specifications of the required output
- The address of the construction site and constructor (if different: the address to where you would like us to send the offer)
- If you plan to use cranes: crane type and data
- Construction site map
- Applicant's telephone number (and additional contact details if required)
To ensure that your request can be processed properly, please contact us well before the intended start of the construction project.
Information on connection applications
We recommend that you seek the advice of an installer from the list of installers when applying for your house connection or when planning to change your existing connection. This avoids delays in the construction process and ensures that the project can be executed from a technical point of view in accordance with the technical low voltage grid connection requirements (TAB NS Nord).
